How long does it take for Arganat Canada to ship my order?

We know you want your products shipped in a timely manner. Our goal is to ship orders in 1-3 business days. We usually ship twice a week. We will provide you with a tracking number. Note: We work five (5) days a week to achieve our goal.  Whenever an extended delay beyond our control is expected in shipping your package, our Customer Service will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates

At Arganat™ Canada all our shipping rates and methods can easily be seen during the checkout process prior to placing your final order. The rates displayed are reflective of shipping and handling. From time to time, a large amount of packaging material is used to ensure items are shipped safely to the customer. You can check anytime the shipping fees in Canada Post-insurances and handling not included. We often offer free shipping promotion to Canada.

International Shipping

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the items price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility upon receipt of the order.

When will I get my shipment?

We are located in Quebec, Canada.  Depending on your location, your order will typically arrive 1-8 business days after it is processed for most Canadian residents. To keep you posted, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse that will include a tracking number for your order. Orders to U.S. and European residents are shipped by air mail to provide you with the freshest products. Transit may vary from 5 to 15 business days. We offer also surface shipping when tracking is possible less expensive but much slower (over 2 months for Europe)

All Arganat™ Canada orders ship from our facility in Laval, Quebec, Canada. Arganat™ Canada ships directly to you to get the world’s highest-quality products that we offer.

Changes to Our Shipping Policy

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change our shipping policy at any time by posting revised terms to our Shipping Policy. It is your responsibility to check periodically for any changes we may make to this policy. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of changes to this policy or other terms means you accept the changes.

About our Products

  • Products – The ingredients we use are organic or wild. They can fluctuate depending on the harvest from one year to the next, giving subtly different products in color or scent even if it is the same formulation. Our formulas being based on natural ingredients, we can expect them to undergo changes over time (color, odor, texture) which in no way affect the quality and effectiveness of the product before the best before date mentioned. We don’t use any chemical ingredients and we use ancestral food preservation techniques. We will answer all your questions on [email protected] within 3 working days.• Test – Although we are not aware of any major allergies, it is important to do a skin tolerance test before using our products, applying them in the crook of the elbow or on the lobe of the ear for a few hours. Note that some redness is not necessarily a sign of intolerance to the product but may be temporary stimulation. Follow the directions for use on the containers. It is generally not recommended to use natural cosmetics and conventional commercial cosmetics simultaneously.
  • Photos – The containers illustrated on the site may be slightly different from those you will receive.
  • Price – Minimum order is $ 50 or 50 Euros. Product prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Warning – Although most of the ingredients used in our skin care line could have a preventive or curative effects according to ancestral knowledge – effects confirmed by the testimonies of some customers – we do not allow ourselves to enter into a medical relationship with our customers. Our products are above all cosmetics, to be used as indicated on the containers, to be tested before use. Customer feedback helps us both to improve our formulations when it is possible and to find out new benefits or harms. Their feed-back are reported such as to help other clients. We do not take responsibility for them.
