How long does it take for Arganat Canada to ship my order?
We know you want your products shipped in a timely manner. Our goal is to ship orders in 1-3 business days. We usually ship twice a week. We will provide you with a tracking number.
Note: We work five (5) days a week to achieve our goal. Whenever an extended delay beyond our control
is expected in shipping your package, our Customer Service will notify you via email.
At Arganat™ Canada all our shipping rates and methods can easily be seen during the checkout process prior to placing your final order. The rates displayed are reflective of shipping and handling. From time to time, a large amount of packaging material is used to ensure items are shipped safely to the customer. You can check anytime the shipping fees in Canada Post-insurances and handling not included. We often offer free shipping promotion to Canada. Conditions apply. Free shipping in US and Canada for orders over 200$.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the items price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility upon receipt of the order.
When will I get my shipment?
We are located in Quebec, Canada. Depending on your location, your order will typically arrive 1-8 business days after it is processed for most Canadian residents. To keep you posted, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse that will include a tracking number for your order. Orders to U.S. and European residents are shipped by air mail to provide you with the freshest products. Transit may vary from 5 to 15 business days. We offer also surface shipping when tracking is possible less expensive but much slower (over 2 months for Europe)
